As of Thursday, July 8, we have confirmed with Yahoo that the issue has been resolved. Those of you that were affected will once again receive emailed reports going forward. If you wish to view a report from the days that Yahoo was bouncing all emails from us and other services you can still generate a report on our website from any time in the last 30 days.

On Thursday, July 1, we were notified by several members who were missing that day's emailed reports. The following day the notifications continued coming in. Our operations team investigated the issue and has found that this seems to be primarily an issue with Yahoo mail. We have made Yahoo aware of this and are working with them to resolve it.
If you are currently experiencing this issue please be aware that we are working with Yahoo to resolve this as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience. In the meantime you can still manually generate reports from any time in the last 30 days within My Account on our website. You can also switch your email on file to something other than Yahoo.
