Hello Tim. Thank you for your question and I am sorry for the error you are receiving when trying to uninstall. Typically we only see that particular error with older versions of the software. My first recommendation to you would be to update to the newest version of Covenant Eyes® on your device if you can connect to the internet and are able to do so. If you update then uninstalling after that ought to be a much simpler affair. If you are unable to connect and update then I would actually recommend calling into our Member Care department as they will be able to walk you through a manual uninstall.
