So lately I've been having an issue where where I go to browse (using Firefox latest version) and I get no results, like it can't get out to the internet. When I check my system tray (Windows 10), CE is signed out. I have to right-click on the icon and manually sign the CE client back in. Then everything works. I'm using the latest version of CE as well (9.1.18). This happens sporadically once, sometimes twice during the day. My PC is running Windows antivirus, everything is standard, normal setup, DHCP on my router, not using any other type of filter or VPN.

Thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing that issue. Generally speaking, once you are signed into Covenant Eyes on your device it should keep you signed in. If you are being routinely signed out then something may be happening on that computer that is affecting the Covenant Eyes software. Also, if the Covenant Eyes software is signed out it is not meant to allow access to the internet until a valid username is signed in.  Normally this is a non-issue as you sign in once when you first install the software and it keeps you signed in after that. 

If you have the time I might recommend calling in to our Member Care Department so they can see what could have affected the software in that way. They can be reached at 989-720-8000. If you'd rather not reach out then I might recommend you temporarily uninstall the Covenant Eyes program, restart your computer, and then reinstall Covenant Eyes fresh. Sign in once and then see if it keeps you signed in after that.
