- Upgrade to Covenant Eyes version 9.1.37. If you need assistance checking your version number and upgrading, read our support article.10 [If you're already using version 9.1.37, skip to step #3.]
- If you still receive the DNS error after upgrading Covenant Eyes, see if there is a conflicting program or system blocking Covenant Eyes. To see a list of conflicting programs, read Why can't I get online on Windows?13
