To resolve this error message on your Mac, follow these steps:
- Select the apple icon in the top, left-hand corner of your screen
- Select "System Preferences" from the menu
- Select the "Security & Privacy" icon from the System Preferences window
- On the Security & Privacy window, select the "General" tab at the top
- Select the lock icon in the bottom, left-hand corner and put in your Mac Administrator Profile username and password
- Select the "Allow" button next to "System software from developer "Covenant Eyes, Inc." was blocked from loading"
