Thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear about that issue on iOS that you are experiencing. There are a few different variables that can affect that on an iPhone. First, how long has this been happening on the device? Did it start as soon as you installed Covenant Eyes or did it begin happening later? Since this issue began have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Covenant Eyes app. Sometimes doing so will clear the issue. Do you have any Screen Time Restrictions enabled? Try disabling them and see if that affects your connection on cellular data. Make sure background app refresh is enabled for our app on both wifi and cellular data. If all of those steps haven't resolved it and our app has cellular data enabled then I might recommend calling in or chatting with our Member Care Team.
