Question
Asked a question 10 months ago

I am trying to set up a NordVPN router and I am having trouble getting connected to the internet. With what I can see everything seems to be fine on the router side and my hunch is that Covenant Eyes on computer is causing the issues. How can I use covenant eyes with a VPN router?

Where am I?

In Covenant Eyes you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

Hello Josh. Thank you so much for your question. While there are a few VPNs out there that can cause issues with us, NordVPN is generally not one of them. In order to test the device's compatibility with the Covenant Eyes software I would recommend the following:

  1. First, temporarily uninstall Covenant Eyes from the computer in question. If you are a restricted user be sure to get help from your Administrator before doing this.
  2. Next, reboot the computer.
  3. Test the internet connection.
  4. If it is working with Covenant Eyes uninstalled then try these websites. All three need to be accessible and load while connected to the router in order for Covenant Eyes to work properly.

If all three load with Covenant Eyes uninstalled then try to reinstall Covenant Eyes and test the connection. Let me know if you have any questions. Also, give us a call or chat with us if you want more immediate assistance and we'll be happy to help.
