Hello Josh. Thank you so much for your question. While there are a few VPNs out there that can cause issues with us, NordVPN is generally not one of them. In order to test the device's compatibility with the Covenant Eyes software I would recommend the following:
- First, temporarily uninstall Covenant Eyes from the computer in question. If you are a restricted user be sure to get help from your Administrator before doing this.
- Next, reboot the computer.
- Test the internet connection.
- If it is working with Covenant Eyes uninstalled then try these websites. All three need to be accessible and load while connected to the router in order for Covenant Eyes to work properly.
