Hello Laura. Thanks for your question. If you are the Account Administrator then you can sign into the Covenant Eyes® website with your username and password. From there go to My Profile and then select Billing from the options listed. From there you can follow the prompts to reactivate.
Alternatively if you would like please call or chat with our Member Care Department. They will be happy to help you reactivate your account.
