Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue on your device! There have been a few cases of this same issue pop up lately. Luckily, we have a few different things we could do to try and fix this:
The first would be to simply just restart the device, if you haven't done so already. If the screen recording keeps coming up after the restart, the next thing I suggest doing would be to uninstall and reinstall our app. Most of the time, an uninstall/reinstall will fix a lot of issues. If after reinstalling the issue still persists, the last thing to try would be to open the Covenant Eyes app and press the Refresh option.
