There are a few different reasons why the filter may not be working correctly: if there was a recent Covenant Eyes® or Mac update, it’s possible something could have went wrong with those. If this is a fresh install of our software, maybe a step was missed during setup. Or if there was any new software recently installed, something may be conflicting with our filter.
I would start with uninstalling and reinstalling Covenant Eyes® to see if that fixes the issue. You can follow our installation guide here16 to make sure everything gets set up correctly.
