To access a site that the filter is blocking, have your Filter Guardian10 login to our online member portal, My Account16, and add the desired website to your "Custom Website List." Once your Filter Guardian adds the desired website to your Custom Website List, refresh Covenant Eyes on your device11 and the site should load!
