We put Covenant Eyes on my sons computer. It is blocking him from playing World of Tanks. It doesn't have a filter but is just setup to report.

Hi Tanya,

Let me ask you a couple of questions to get a better picture of your system. What type of computer (Windows or Mac) and what operating system do you have (Yosemite, Mountain Lion, Windows 7, Windows 8, etc.)? Additionally, what version of Covenant Eyes do you have installed?

After the recent Android Covenant Eyes ap update World of Tanks Blitz (mobile game) will not connect. It will boot up but will not connect to its server. It is not a locked ap and the website is not blocked either.

Hey JT,
I am sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. If you are using the version of Covenant Eyes I think you are, then the problem is likely to do with the our use of VPN and WoT's use of uncommon protocols. If your device is running Android 4.4.4 or lower, uninstalling this version of Covenant Eyes and going back to the playstore version should resolve the issue for now.

We are currently looking into ways to make the VPN play nicer with uncommon or nonstandard network protocols to lessen these issues.

Thanks for the answer Jake. I figured it was something limiting the communication with their real time server. The rest of the VPN works well, though the ap seems to chew data, by far the largest user of data on my mobile this month, almost 1gig!
