Windows CE updates are extremely inconvenient to install

When installing Covenant Eyes updates, they consistently have not succeeded in installing, merely going through the motions and rebooting only to result in a non-updated system.
I've had this problem for ages, and the only fix I've found is a complete uninstall of CE followed by a fresh install.
That is the most user-unfriendly way of updating ever. Could this be remedied?

Been a problem for over a year. Newer versions do not fix it. I'm looking at other options.

Samuel and rx7145,

We appreciate your remarks. While the source of that issue is not always Covenant Eyes, the Development team has looked at remedies for that issue. There were even some beta versions of Covenant Eyes for Windows that were designed for smoother updates. But the feedback wasn't good enough to incorporate the auto-update feature that was tested. Research and development will continue until it's truly a smooth operation that will not frustrate users, like yourselves.

Thanks again for commenting, it's good to know that we are working on things that people will appreciate.
