Hello Chad,

Thank you for contacting us! As far as accountability goes for Androids and iPhones, Covenant Eyes works great on both platforms. Each system is unique, so it is more of a personal preference.

Covenant Eyes does work a little differently on those devices. Here are some articles that explain how we work on Androids and iPhones:

Android: https://www.covenanteyes.com/support-articles/how-does-the-android-app-work/

iPhone: https://www.covenanteyes.com/support-articles/how-do-i-use-the-iphone-browser-app/

If you still have any questions after reading these articles, feel free to contact Customer Support (877.479.1119) and we can answer those for you.

Thank you,

Hey Chad,

I've had both Android and iOS. In terms of accountability I think Android has better accountability because they have full Screen Accountability. iOS only has Screen Accountability when you are actively using their app (a web browser). On the other hand, if you are a guy who might be tempted to try to bypass CE somehow know that it could be possible on Android. You'll have to look into what parental controls come pre-built into the flavor of Android. iOS has much better parental controls. I have them enabled on my iPhone so I can only go to a select few websites, can't install any apps, and can only use it to text/call people after a certain time.

When I switched to iOS this wasn't really possible on Android, but I think I heard some new phones that have better built-in parental controls.
