I want to use my Spectrum TV app to schedule my home DVR to record and the Spectrum app won't work with VPN turn on - even if I turn wi-fi off. When I try to temporarily turn if off, it turns right back on after a few minutes. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing changed.
Hello Mike, I'm sorry to hear that CE's VPN is interfering with the Spectrum TV app. This is something that we are aware of, and development has been notified. In the meantime, there is a way to disable the CE VPN. However, the only way to disable it is to call in and talk to a Covenant Eyes Customer Service Representative--the process only takes a minute. At your convenience, give the Customer Service Team a call and they can help you disable the VPN.
