Using my Mac and Garmin Connect I am now unable to view my work outs downloaded off my Garmin. It worked fine before installing Covent Eyes. I can view the work outs on machines not loaded with Covenant Eyes but not on my Mac or my sons Mac.

Hi, Roderick! I am afraid I am not familiar with the Garmin Connect. Could you share a little further information with us? It might help us to identify the root of the problem.

1. How does the Connect sync with your Mac (USB, bluetooth, etc.)?

2. What OS are you currently running on your Macs?

3. What version of Covenant Eyes is installed?

Thank you!

The Garmin connects with a USB cable and has no problems with the download.
I can see the info on other computers. I am using OS X 10.9.2. Covenant Eyes  2.4.1.
Garmin Connect is a program that is web based and can be used on any computer system http://connect.garmin.com

Thanks, Roderick! I'll check in with our Mac team and see if they have any leads on what may be going on.

Roderick,

I am curious to know if you are still having this issue? We have released new versions of the Mac client since this issue was first posted and it is possible that some of them may have resolved this trouble. Please advise as you are able.

It's still not working after the update. Very frustrating!
