Uplay unable to connect

After installing the newest version of Covenant Eyes, I'm unable to connect to my Uplay account to download and play games. Other game clients like Steam and Origin connect fine. Uplay worked on this computer before I installed CE, but after having it installed, the ability to connect is erroneously blocked somehow. I've encountered issues with CE blocking Uplay before, and it had been fixed in previous versions, but it looks like the issue has come back.

I also have this same issue and believe it is caused by Covenant Eyes. I also cannot connect to game services for Hearthstone, League of Legends, Overwatch, Marvel Puzzle Quest, and a few others. This started immediately after installing this program. Help!

Unfortunately, I'm also seeing this issue with the GOG Galaxy game client.

Hello Leo and Donovan,

Thank you, both for your posts and I apologize for the issues you've been experiencing. I would first make sure you're running our latest version of Covenant Eyes, 7.2.37. You can locate the version number either through your programs list in the control panel or by clicking on the Covenant Eyes icon in the system tray and selecting 'About'.

If you are not running the latest version of Covenant Eyes you can update via My Account on our website www.covenanteyes.com

If you are running the latest version, I would suggest contacting our Customer Service at your earliest convenience, 877.479.1119. There have been a lot of improvements and fixes, in the last few versions, for various gaming websites and apps, so if there are still issues with our current version, that our developers need to resolve, we can gather the needed information over the phone with you. This information will be helpful in assisting our developers with finding a solution. We look forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,
Annelise

Yep. Tried both my laptop and my wife's.  Regardless of what I put in the user/pass prompt, Uplay complains about a service.

6foot2design & Ezra,

Sorry about the slow response. The newest version of Covenant Eyes for Windows is 7.2.47 and there hasn't been much, if any, chatter about a compatibility issue with Uplay. I'm not saying that it doesn't exist, because anything is possible in the tech world.

You can also call the Customer Service team at 877-479-1119. That team takes calls until 11:45 pm (EST), Monday - Friday. A team member will be better able to check into the problem. And if the newest version doesn't clear the issue, he/she will know what else to look at and help you quickly.

Sorry again about the slow response, thank you for using Covenant Eyes.

Robert
