Uninstaller crashing

I was troubleshooting a problem that my computer was having, and thought I had narrowed it down to CE. So, per my SOP, I attempted to uninstall and reinstall CE to see if that would fix it. Unfortunately, as of the Creators Update, the uninstaller crashes as soon as the "Next" button is clicked after the uninstall code is verified. Windows states that it was an "unhandled runtime exception", but I don't have the appropriate debug software on my personal computer in order to give your dev team a dump or a debug log.

Hello BarneyFifeFan,

Thank you for your post! I apologize for any inconvenience the failed uninstall has caused you. Typically when our software doesn't uninstall like it should it's due to Covenant Eyes being damaged at some point while on your computer. We do have another method of uninstalling if you would like to contact our Customer Service, 877.479.1119. We would be more than happy to assist you.

Best regards,
Annelise

I'm having a similar problem.  I am trying to uninstall to see if CE is conflicting with another program, and I get a message "InstallScript Setup Launcher Unicode has stopped working".  I can click "Close program" and that's it.

Hi,

I'm having the same uninstall problem.  I'm trying to narrow down some problems with internet connectivity on my computer, and being able to test without CE installed will help. I'm located in Australia though and can't call, is there some other way I can get help removing the program?
