Unable to Function on Two Computer Accounts

I seem to have an issue. While Covenant Eyes functions as intended (for the most part) on the main computer account, the secondary account seems as if it does not have Covenant Eyes on it.

For example: When I sign into computer account A, Covenant Eyes loads and either signs in automatically or asks me to sign in, just like it should. But when I log into computer account B, Covenant Eyes does not load, no icon for it can be found on the taskbar or anywhere else and thus I cannot sign in, and yet it is still blocking the internet as if it's just signed out.

Both accounts have Administrator settings.

Here's some system information if that helps:
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition
  • Intel Core processor
  • Version 10.0.14393

Hello Josh,

Thank you for contacting us! I believe I have a solution to account 'B's' problem!

On account 'B' open up the task manager. Once you're in the task manager click on the 'Startup' tab. In the 'Startup' tab check to see if Covenant Eyes is a program that is 'Enabled' at startup. If it's not just simply select 'Covenant Eyes', so it's highlighted, and then select 'Enable'. Then go ahead and reboot the computer and log into account B. Covenant Eyes should start up at that point and work how it is working presently on account A.

If Covenant Eyes is already enabled in the startup on account B or if you have any further issues please feel free to contact our Customer Service at 877.479.1119.

Best regards,
