Unable to add a user to my account

I just recently reactivated my account and am trying to add my spouse as a user.  After several attempts, I keep receiving the message "There is a problem with the page you are looking for" with the number 500 inside of a blue circle.  I was able to successfully add my daughter as a user but after several attempts at logging in/out, I am still unable to add my husband as a user.  Any suggestions?

Hello Jules,

Thank you for your post and I apologize for your difficulties. The only thing that comes to mind, of what could cause that error, is the username you're signing in with is not the administrator. However, if you're signing in with the same username that you added your daughter with there should not be any issues adding your husband as well. 

I would suggest calling our Customer Service at you earliest convenience and we can add your husband as a user for you. We can also troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing so you won't have any problems adding new users in the future. Our Customer Service can be reached at 877.479.1119
