Thank you for reaching out to us, I’m sorry that your husband is experiencing some issues with Uber and the Covenant Eyes app. It sounds like the Uber app is locked within the Covenant Eyes App Locking.
You can check this by:
- opening the Covenant Eyes app,
- tapping on the Settings option,
- then tap on App Locking, and
- enter the App Locking passcode.
Once you have entered the code, it will bring you to the main App Locking page. Now, you can scroll through the list of apps and look for the Uber app. If it is indeed locked, it will have a little lock icon on the right side of it and the on/off switch will be turned to the right. If you tap on that switch, it will unlock the app. (Image 1)
You can also check to see if the “Lock newly installed apps by default” feature is turned on. Within in App Locking page, if you scroll up to the very top, you should see that feature. If it is turned on, there will be a check mark in the box next to it. (Image 2)

If the Uber app was locked, unlocking it should fix this issue for your husband. If it was not
locked and he still having issues with it, I would advise him to contact our Customer Service Team (877.479.1119). They can take a closer look at the situation.
If that's something you've already done, then something else is going on. Please call Customer Support at 877.479.1119 for assistance with that.
