Trying to cancel subscription but CE keeps taking our money

Trying to cancel our subscription for months now. They won't respond to emails and their phone number won't get through. It hasn't worked for us but they keep stealing our money. This is my last shot at cancelling before I have to cancel our credit cards. For a company who specializes in online accountability seemingly doesn't have very high standards for fair online commerce.

I'm sorry that we haven't connected. I believe I located your account, but I see no record of an emailed cancel request. To what email have you sent those requests?
