Time of day blocking changes not being updated on computer even after a refresh

My filter guardian had changed my time restriction from 10:00 pm to 11:00pm but i'm still getting blocked at 10:00pm instead of 11:00 pm
I tried refreshing but still getting blocked at 10:00 pm

Hello Rick,
      Thanks for posting in this forum and for choosing Covenant Eyes to help you achieve online integrity. A few things for you to verify:

1. Verify that you are refreshing the CE software: please go to the CE icon (Mac: in the top right-hand corner of the screen, Windows: bottom right-hand corner) click, and select Refresh Covenant Eyes

2. Verify that the Time Zone on your account is correct: go to covenanteyes.com, click sign-in in the top right-hand corner, sign-in with your CE username/password, select the My Profile tab on the left, and under Timezone* make sure your current time zone is selected.

3. Verify that your Filter Guardian set up your time controls correctly: if your time controls are not supposed be active until 11:00PM, make sure your Filter Guardian started the time restriction for 11:00PM and ended the restriction on the next day when you are allowed online.

***(Here is screenshot of a time restriction starting at 11:00PM on Sunday night and ending at 9:00AM on Monday  will look like for a user in MyAccount through the Covenant Eyes website.)
