The Covenant Eyes survey is not secure

On the 'My Account' section of the CE website, I see a message saying:

Answer a few questions for a chance to participate in research projects with Covenant Eyes. Earn up to a $75 Amazon card for completed participation.

This leads to a survey at surveygizmo.com. However, the survey page is not secure (it uses http, not https).

I would be very happy to participate in your research, but I am not going to discuss private topics over an http link, because it is concrete evidence that the host website (SurveyGizmo) do not take their users' privacy seriously. It's the equivalent of someone offering me a lift in their car, and then seeing that they aren't wearing a seat belt. If they can't get the basics right, how can I trust them to manage more important matters?

I hope that this is constructive feedback for the CE research team. There are free survey websites that offer https security, though I don't have enough experience in this area to recommend one by name.
