The block list isn't showing up...its just a blank space next to the allow list?

I've never seen this happen before but that is what is happening right now. I've tried signing out and signing back in. There is a thing on that side of the page asking me to fill out a survey...could that be causing it?

Thank you for your post and I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing. The only time that a block list will not show up is when a filter user is set to 'Allow List Only'. Unfortunately I don't have enough information to bring up your account to make sure there isn't a glitch causing your block list not to show.

No that was it thank you! I just updated to a newer covenant eyes. The old version i was running didn't have the allow list only. So I had clicked the first filter option thinking I was clicking "everyone" not knowing I had clicked the new "allow list only" option.
