Software Hole

I'm running a Mac Computer and use Safari web browser. I have noticed that if you directly write a porn website address on the address bar, the browser skips the filter software, so that it's possible to free navigate the page, and yet leave no record on the Accountability Report. Two website examples: beeg.com and youporn.com.
Please, address this issue, otherwise the 'Covenant Eyes' Solution proves useless. Thanks.

peguard,

Thanks for asking. The CE for Mac program is very solid. I would suspect one of the following: a) CE is not installed, b) CE was damaged while being installed or c) there is another factor that is causing the filter to work improperly.

The fastest way to resolve this is to call our Customer Service Team at 989-720-8000. A member of the team will ask you questions like, "What version of CE you are running on that Mac?" or "Is there another filtering program running?". He/she will find out what is going on.

The Customer Service Team is available until 11:45 pm (EST), Monday - Friday. We look forward to working with you to resolve this issue!

Thanks for your quick answer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the CE software and it's working again. Thanks.
Another question: does CE work with Opera web browser?

peguard,

Thanks for the update! And yes, CE for Mac will monitor the Opera browser.
