Screen Accountability + Missing filter

I'm grateful to Covenant Eyes for their help so far. For a few days I am allowed to be a beta tester of Screen accountability.

There are many advantages of this new service, but unfortunately also a few disadvantages:

1) Unblocking Safesearch only works on Chrome and Firefox.
2) Screen Accountability only captures the current screen, so it's easy to download explicit material from Google and Bing image search, if you drag the browser window over the bottom or left edge of the screen. Or am I wrong?
3) I miss the former filter options so I'm able to manually add some other pages in addition to the automatically blocked pages. In this way I could prevent earlier that I installed other browsers than Chrome or Firefox.

Thank you for your answers.

Thank you for testing out Screen AccountabilityTM! The beta stage is certainly about ironing out wrinkles and gathering more feedback. To that end, it might be faster to have this discussion over the phone. So, you are welcome to call us at 877-479-1119. Anyone on the Customer Service team would be glad to speak with. Let him/her know that you are testing Screen AccountabilityTM.

If using this forum is better for you, let me share some comments/questions:

- What exactly did you mean when you said that SafeSearch was unblocked?
- I ask because SafeSearch should automatically be in place for search engines Google, Bing, and Yahoo, regardless of the browser.
- Regarding the second comment, I haven't run into that scenario yet. Not that it's impossible, but Screen AccountabilityTM is supposed to capture any explicit material that is displayed anywehere on screen. If I understand what you're saying, it'll be something we need to work on.
- Thank you for the feedback about filter options. While Blocking powered by CleanBrowsing is pretty robust, it's also pretty simple. You are not the first member to mention the desire to be able to modify/personalize the block settings. I'll pass it along to the decision makers.

Thanks again for being a tester!
