Hi All,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. What mobile devices are you folks using (Android or iOS)?

I realized the iRobot website Wi-Fi Setup Requirements specifically says, "You are not using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or Proxy Server" as a requirement.  So, I'm not sure if there's a way to make it work?

As a hack-ish workaround, I have the Roomba linked via my Amazon Echo and my Google Account, so I can say "Alexa, start vacuuming", or "Hey Google, tell DJ Roomba to start cleaning"

Naturally, I don't have all the features of the app, but I can give it virtually all the commands.  Also, my wife did link the Roomba to her phone (non-CovenantEyes iPhone) first, so that may be why the Echo and Google function properly.

Hope this helps.

If you're able, I would suggest the following:

1. Uninstall Covenant Eyes from your device
2. Set up + connect your device to your Roomba
3. Re-install Covenant Eyes

I hope this helps,
