Reports need to distinguish which device the activity is originating from

the reports need to easily distinguish the source of the activity. I have CE on computers and phones. I want to be able to see if the activity is coming from the computer or the phone

The Covenant Eyes (CE) program, while not blatantly obvious, does do that for you. To learn how to find/see that information, you can 1) call our Customer Service Team at 877-479-1119 or 2) continue reading.

As background, the point of the emailed Accountability Report is to give the Accountability Partner an overview, or summary, of the User's activity for the reported time period. Once upon a time, the Report included every URL/web address, with a rating and a time stamp. For most Partners, this was way too much information. They just wanted to know how the User was doing and what they needed to talk about. So a change was made to the email, and the overview report replaced the detailed report.

However, that detailed information still exists and can be accessed by the Partner. You can log in to your account and select 'View Reports'. In this case, after you select the Username and Time Period and before you hit the blue 'Generate Report' button, be sure to select 'Detailed Browsing Log'. What you see next will be one 15-minute segment of the reporting period you have selected.

In addition to seeing the URL, rating, and time stamp; there is an option for you. Click 'Details' and a new tab will open. That new tab will include the OS (operating system) and CE version number that generated the URL/web address. This should give you an idea of which device was used to access the site in question.

I have talked with a few people that have wanted the reports broken down by device. And, if that is your wish, you can create device-specific Usernames. We'd be happy to help with that or further discuss the previous material.
