Jon,

I apologize for the delayed response. You may need to verify that Covenant Eyes is still installed on your computer.

The best place to verify that Covenant Eyes is currently installed is in the Control Panel. Depending on the version of Windows you are running, you may have an option called Programs and Features or Add/Remove Programs within the Control Panel.

If Covenant Eyes does not appear in your list of programs you may reinstall Covenant Eyes from My Account.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

I have the same problem and Covenant Eyes IS an installed program.  At this point and for the past several months, my Covenant Eyes is NOT working properly.  Any reports show no activity.  The possible explanation for this on your website is: (1) Clint was not actually online, (2) Covenant Eyes is not installed on any device(s) Clint uses, or (3) Clint is signed in with a different username.  I am writing you from the computer I use which is where Covenant Eyes is installed and it is the ONLY computer I use, I am not signing on with a different user name, and I access numerous websites daily from this computer.

Currently, I am not getting my money’s worth and my accountability partner thinks I have done something to make this happen.  Please let me know what I need to do to make Covenant Eyes do what it is supposed to do.

Thanks!

Clint

Hey Clint,

Merry Christmasmas Eve. Sorry to hear about your ongoing trouble with reports.

At this point the simplest thing I can suggest is uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. There numerous things that can prevent Covenant Eyes from phoning home, antivirus programs are notorious for this kind of issue. Generally a good removal and installation of the most recent version will at least temporarily solve most issues. Regardless, the simplest way to make sure that CE works in the future would be to call our support staff at 877-479-1119 and have them take a look at your specific issue. Keep in mind however that they are closed today and tomorrow (24th and 25th).

Feel free to check back here if that does not work, and I'll do what I can to help.

Thank you and Merry Christmas Eve to you.  So, uninstalling and then installing won't affect my account in any way?

Correct Clint. Your account with us is a service you may use on as many devices as you like. People often need to uninstall to upgrade or change devices, but your actual account will be unchanged. Your partner will be notified when you generate an uninstall code, but that is just a measure to make sure people do not remove the software for malicious reasons.
