Problem at connection to Covenant Eyes servers

I have an issue this morning logging in to my account on Covenant Eyes (and therefore accessing the Internet).

I've been running the version 5.4.3 on my Windows 7 laptop successfully for roughly 2 weeks until this morning.

Please find attached the popup appearing after I enter my name and password.  Is there a problem on the server side or it's just for me? If the latter, could you please send me how to diagnose my connection? It was working fine with the same settings yesterday and I'm certain to be connected to Internet as I have Skype working.  Nothing was installed since the last time I had rebooted my machine and the DNS is set to 127.0.0.2 as required.

If anyone is interested, I contacted the Covenant Eyes support about the issue.
The problem has to do with name resolution in the latest version 5.4.3.
They had me install an older beta version which solved the issue.

I advise you contact them to get the given version (think it's not very wise to put a link on the forum). They are very operational.
