Privacy Error

Covenant Eyes seems to be blocking me from Netflix, which was working fine earlier this morning.

I'm getting a certificate error in Chrome (I already tried another Edge to replicate the problem, Netflix would not load there either).

What can I do to fix this error?

Info from the Chrome error page below:

Update: the problem has gone away without me really doing anything, but it took about 30 minutes. What can I do in the future if/when this kind of thing happens again?

Nathan,

Thanks for making use of the forums, glad you posted!

That is a weird thing that happened and I'm glad it resolved itself. I can't definitively say why it happened. If it happens again, I would uninstall/reinstall CE. If your Windows OS recently updated, then I would just do that right now. We have seen a few cases of the Creators update having a weird effect on CE. And, as simple as it seems, the uninstall/reinstall fixes things.

Thanks again for posting,

Robert
