Outlook connection problem

Hello,

First of all, excuse me for my bad English, I am French.

Since I installed Covenant eyes, I can no longer connect to my outlook email account from my university. Every time I get an error message.
I know that it comes from covenant eyes because I uninstalled it and it has remarked. However, I put it back to avoid falling into the wrong sites on the internet ....

So, I do not know how to fix this problem. Here is a copied-pasted error message :

Le serveur a rencontré une erreur interne () qui l'a empêché de satisfaire la requête.

La trace complète de la cause mère de cette erreur est disponible dans les fichiers journaux de Apache Tomcat/6.0.32.

Thank you for your post and I apologize for the difficulty you've been experiencing. From the error message you shared with us it sounds as if you have filtering with Covenant Eyes. It also appears that we may be interfering with the school's email system. If you could, could you add univ-amu.fr to your allow list and then try your outlook? 

If that does not work for you I would suggest contacting our email support at support@covenanteyes.com so we could assist you further and get your outlook working for you.
