Not Blocking Youtube

At this period in time I have Youtube on my "block" list to eliminate the temptation of searching for mature videos. Occasionally, when I type in youtube.com the regular "Covenant Eyes has blocked..." page comes up. Sometimes, like when I click on a direct link to a youtube video the page will instead not load and I'll get a message that says "Safari Can't Open the Page". I've come to realize that if I click on "sign out" on the CE icon and then quickly click to refresh that page it will then open up Youtube, allowing me to search for whatever I want. I'd love if this "glitch" in the system could be shored up. Without that, I have no idea how to completely remove this temptation from my life.

The other evening, CE shut down my internet at 10 pm in accordance with my Blocked Time.  However, I had left my Google Chrome browser open with a Youtube tab open.  Even though it was past my blocked times, I was able to open and watch youtube videos.  When I checked my detailed browsing log for this time period, there was no youtube url information.  That means, not only did CE not block my access to harmful videos, but there's no way my accountability partner could know that I was on the internet at that hour, much less, where I visited.  This seems to be a HUGE problem with the Blocked Times feature of CE.  I'm not a computer geek who figured out how to "pick a lock."  The door was wide open.  Please, CE, address this security issue immediately.

Bump.  I have the same issues on Windows 8.1 (and I had them on Vista).  I can get to the site through clicking on embedded videos and the time controls don't block the site if it's already open.
