No internet to League of Legends and Minecraft

I'm having an issue when trying to run the computer games "League of Legends" and "Minecraft" namely that they have no internet.

This means I cannot access online multiplayer on either games, hiding my Minecraft "skin" and preventing multiplayer and Minecraft Realms from running and entirely keeping me from signing into League of Legends. I know this isn't an account issue for these games since I can easily access both from an alternate computer. I've allowed both past the Windows firewall (even going so far as to adding everything in their program files to the exceptions list) to no avail. I've even uninstalled and re-installed both games with no visible difference.

I'm not entirely sure it's Covenant Eyes that's blocking these, but if I'm able to discern that it is or is not, it should help me isolate whatever's preventing them from working properly.

Anything you can do to help is much appreciated.

EUL,

We have seen such program conflicts in the past, but nothing recently. From our side of things, the first step would be to make sure that you're signed into the software. The second step would be to get the latest version of Covenant Eyes for that device.

If the problem persists after those steps, then give us call at 877-479-1119 so we can pull up your account and take a closer look at things. The Customer Service team is available until 11:45 pm (EST) during the week, and on Saturdays 10 am - 5:45 pm (EST).

Thanks for reaching out!

Robert

That seems to have fixed the problem, both are running fine. Thanks a plenty!
