New Stricter Policies?

New Stricter Policies? Has CE created new stricter policies for users? I used to find the staff very helpful on my account to make little changes etc, but in the last month or so its like the wall went up. I cant make any changes without them VERBALLY talking to my Admin? Is this normal? They ever notified him, when I use the CE chat feature. Just curious if others are noticing this also.

Hello Kaden,
    Thank you for posting! These are really good questions.Covenant Eyes has different user types. This means that different people on the account have different permissions. The actions you are allowed to perform on the account and the information you have access to is dependent on what type of user you are.
