Thank you for asking. There have been some reports of that happening, but we've also talked with people that have Netflix and the new Covenant Eyes (CE) app working together just fine. It appears to be a random conflict.
An easy option is to completely uninstall CE and reinstall a fresh copy from the App Store; that might make a difference. The other option is to call us at 877-479-1119; the Customer Service team takes calls until 11:45 pm (EST), Monday - Friday.
Again, this appears to be a random conflict. We haven't seen a pattern with it yet nor found a common denominator. Calling the Customer Service team will get you the fastest help. Thanks for posting,
