I have sent numerous invitations to my accountability partner and he receives the email but cant click on the accept invitation button to get signed up. Is there another way to sign up or is there a workaround?

Hey Scott,

Sorry to hear you have been having some issues, I think I will need some context to help me figure out what is going on here.

What Email client is your partner using? (Gmail, Yahoo, etc..)
What internet browser is he on?
Do you know what kind of device he is using to try and register?

The first thing I would try personally would be to try a different device or a different web browser.

Your partner can also call us at our toll free support line *877-479-1119 if he wants to get help directly from us over the phone.

Hopefully we can get this resolved for you quickly

I met with him today and saw he is getting the email but don't know what program. He then clicked on the link to accept the invitation which opened up Internet Explorer on Windows 7. It went to a login screen and since he didn't have a login he clicked the link for new users. It then took him to a form where it asks for your information such as name, email and password and then at the bottom of the page there is a link or button to click on when your done filling in the information and when he clicks on it, nothing happens, no errors, no new page, nothing it acts just like he didnt even click on it. He is using a desktop computer with Windows 7 on it to try to register.

Thanks,

Scott

Interesting,

Is there any way you could have him try signing up with another browser? Both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are free, and it would be interesting to see if the error persists in another browser.

Scott,

Jumping back in here to say that my Boss provided another suggestion that could resolve the issue as well. Sometimes if you are using a web based email service, the browser can cache the old link and prevent it from opening.

If he clears his browsers history/cookies/cache that may also resolve the issue.

Thanks
