My CE browser is running extremely slow and takes forever to load on my iPhone iOS 6. I’m running on the latest update and this is the only app that seems to be loading slow. Is there an update in the making?
Thanks for reaching out, sorry for the difficulty. If you haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CE app, let me suggest that as your next step. I know it sounds simple but it's a common practice for iPhone users and it often gets things back on track. If it's still slow after that, please call the Customer Service team at 877-479-1119. They'll be happy to take a closer look.
We haven't heard much, if any, of this kind of feedback on the new version (188.8.131.52). That version was released less than two weeks ago. And while some companies maintain a rigid release schedule, CE does not. We tend to see if any major issues need to be addressed and go from there.
