Multiple users

Hi. I am new to this software and set up one account for my husbands computers. He uses the same username and password to use his computer as I do to check accounts etc. I think it would be best for me to have an admin account and him have just a basic log in so he cant uninstall and see reports etc. I tried to add user but it gave me two options which cost more money. Is this the only way to do it? Thanks.

I have 8 users in my family, so the family plan for CE works best for us.
