Multiple screens and VPN

Ever since I put this crap product on my computer and phone it's been nothing but problems. My biggest complaint is the program blocking my external monitors. (And before you ask of its cables going bad or settings issues I can promise you it isn't) It worked perfectly fine until I installed this program and have tested everything. Also fix the VPN. Without having control of the VPN settings I can't get to servers I need to get to.

Sorry for the frustration. Our product is not designed to block monitors, it is designed to monitor the monitor. It is much more a security camera than a security officer.

I can't tell from your post if you're trying to cast from a phone, or if you're describing multiple monitors connected to a PC. But I'd like to know for sure, because with that info I could give you an idea of what to check out. If you feel like troubleshooting here, then let me know that info. If you'd rather call (989.720.8000) or use live chat, that's cool too. Those Customer Service channels are open from 8 am to 11:45 pm (EST), Monday - Friday, and 10 am - 5:45 pm (EST) on Saturdays. The VPN is designed to provide cleaner browsing. If you are using an Android phone, and don't need that particular assistance, then the Account Admin could remove the Filtering service from your phone. Doing so will disable the VPN on an Android device. If removing the Filtering service is not an option for you, then please contact Customer Service for additional assistance. A member of the team can take a closer look at what you're trying to access and get an idea of what exactly is going on.
