Scott,

At present, the root cause for this particular error appears to be an issue with macOS which is going to require collecting Apple Diagnostics. Our Developers are aware of the issue and are communicating with Apple to find a solution. In order to assist them with their investigation, we would like to retrieve some system information and debug logs from your computer, if you are willing.

If you'd like to try some personal troubleshooting, I'd ask you about Parental Controls. Are they turned off for all profiles? If not, turn them off and restart the Mac. That might clear out the M072 error.

For additional troubleshooting, or to work on the debug logs that I mentioned earlier, please call us at 877-479-1119. Anyone on the Customer Service team will be glad to help.

Scott,

One of the Developers caught an oversight of mine. So, rather than calling us or working on Parental Controls, please install Covenant Eyes for macOS (Beta). It's version 3.0.2 and quite likely will fix the issue you've been experiencing.
