M201 Error

I just setup Covenant Eyes and every few minutes, my Mac has a notification of "Error M201: Could not connect to server. Verify your Internet, firewall, and proxy settings."

Is it just my wifi is really bad, or have I set it up incorrectly?

Thanks for using Covenant Eyes and for using the forums.

The first sentence "Could not connect to server" is the meat of the message. And, while informative, by itself it does not tell us exactly what's causing the CE program to not connect to the server.

It would be great if, at your convenience, you would call us. The goal of the call would be to collect some diagnostic information from your device. We would then pass that info to the Developers who can get to the root of the problem.
