LogMeIn Remote Access Blocked by CE

I installed LogMeIn as an IT support feature to remotely access our company servers and computers so I can work from home. It appears that CE is blocking my ability to use LogMeIn. I can log into the itsupport247.net website but when I finally access the "Remote Control" button, I am told I am "disconnected" from the remote PC and unable to view it.  When I use a different computer, without CE, I have no trouble.  What should I do to enable remote access while still using CE? Thanks.

Hello Jonathan,
      Thank you for using Covenant Eyes and having the desire to protect yourself online. I am sorry to here that Covenant Eyes is interfering with LogMeIn. A few questions:

1. Are you a Covenant Eyes filter user?
2. What version of Covenant Eyes are you running? 
    (Click on the Covenant Eyes icon--located in the bottom right hand corner of your PC-- and select About Covenant Eyes)
3. Was Covenant Eyes installed before, or after, LogMeIn?

After you answer the above questions, I will be better equipped to pinpoint your issue.
