Issue with android email app

I use the Spark app on my Android phone to check my emails, from Outlook and Gmail.
Since installing CE on my phone including the VPN, I have been unable to sync the emails.
Please advise!

I've heard of one case of this. Would you mind trying this - disable the Filtering service, refresh the CE app, and see how things go in Spark? Please let me know how it goes.

Hi Robert, thanks for your reply.
Yes, after I disabled the Filtering service, the emails were able to come in.
I tried to re-enable it after again, and the emails were not able to come in.
Any way around so that I am still able to use the Filtering service?

I'm afraid that it points to an issue within the Filtering service and I don't know of a work around. However, by collecting logs and sending them in, you can help us take a closer look at this. The diagnostic logs can help determine where exactly the issue lies and, in turn, what can be done about it.

I have asked an excellent member of our Email team to send you instructions for collecting and sending logs. Once we receive those, we can take a closer look at this app conflict and figure out what to do next. In the meantime, if I hear something about Covenant Eyes and Spark, I'll update this thread.
