Mountain Lion just came out -- is CE compatible with it? Would I have to uninstall it first, like I did when Lion came out?

Our current version of CE for MacOS is compatible with Mountain Lion.

As long as you our running the latest version of CE for MacOS, uninstalling prior to upgrading to Mountain Lion is not required.

If you are doing a fresh install of CE for MacOS on Mountain Lion, with the arrival of the Gatekeeper feature, you will need to alter your Gatekeeper settings (System Preferences -> Security and Privacy) to allow CE (and many other apps) to run, or alternatively, run our installer by right clicking on it and selecting Open. This will bring up a dialog that will confirm that you want to allow our app to run despite your Gatekeeper setting. Once you allow it to run in that dialog, CE will be able to operate as normal.

So I have installed Mountain Lion, but am not seeing the Covenant eyes icon, I try to click it to run and it does not run for more than a second with the closed eye and then I lose the icon. I check activity monitor it is not in there. Then I try to uninstall Covenant eyes now that I have installed Mountain Lion and it will not let me uninstall even as the administrator and with an uninstall code.

@James - did you have the latest version of Covenant Eyes for MacOS installed prior to upgrading? That is the only version that would becompatible with Mountain Lion. The uninstall code / admin issue sounds like our older version. You should be able to install the new version right over the old one if your able to get online.

Thanks Dave I have installed the new one, and it now works but the one question I have is with the issue of a new OS, we have created separate logins for my wife and myself so that her websites do not show up on my accountability records. We use separate logins with individual passwords. she knows mine, i don't know hers. So can i set covenant eyes to only go with one login?

Thanks in Advance,

@James - Sorry, there is no way to only install Covenant Eyes for only one of the user accounts on a Mac. Once it is installed, it is installed across all user accounts.
