Hello Joshua,
Thank you for reaching out! The Covenant Eyes iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch app does not cover Apple's FaceTime app. There is a way to block FaceTime using Apple's parental controls, called Screen Time. To block the FaceTime app:

  1. Open the iPhone's Settings app
  2. Select Screen Time
  3. Select Continue
  4. Select This is my iPhone
  5. Select Content & Privacy Restrictions
  6. Turn the toggle switch on for Content & Privacy Restrictions
  7. Select Allowed Apps
  8. Turn the toggle switch off for FaceTime
I would suggest creating a Screen Time Passcode. The Screen Time Passcode is a 4 digit numeric code that locks the Screen Time settings. This means that you can prevent the user from changing the Screen Time settings.

I hope this helps,

Once implemented, this feature will be freely available to all Screen Accountability members who have filtering.
