Thank you for your post and I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing. I would first suggest uninstalling and reinstalling our iOS application. We have been noticing that there have been hiccups with our app after installing on top of our older version. I am also having this issue. But I cannot uninstall the iOS app because the the browser has disappeared from my interface.

Hello Sammy,

Thank you for your post! Have you checked the App Age restrictions on your iOS device? Our app is presently rated 17+ by Apple and if the app age restriction is set at a lower age level our app will "disappear" from the device. It's technically still installed but a user cannot interact with it nor uninstall it. 

You can access the restrictions by going to Settings>General>Restrictions. From there it will require you to type in the 4-digit passcode. Once in the restrictions you can scroll down to 'Apps' and set it back to 17+ and the Covenant Eyes app should re-appear on the interface.
