Inconsistency between iOS app and PC filtering

I've noticed inconsistency between the filtering on my PC and using the CE app on iOS (iPhone 5). For example, I use Google as my primary search engine on my PC no problem. However, any and all Google content is blocked on my phone. I've tried going through the block/allow lists with my accountability partner to make sure that there's nothing there pertaining to Google but it's still blocked! Can you shed any light?
